Processing time

Our usual processing time is 1-2 business days for predesigned piece . For customized orders for preparing the art piece varies from 5 to 10 business days.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

return's policy

I gladly accept returns and exchanges on your orders.
For any queries on your order, please contact me within 14 days of delivery; and return items back within 30 days of delivery.

Due to costly materials used, I do not accept cancellations on custom and made-to-order pieces.

Conditions of return:

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
